Hello,
looking at your backup log, it seems that is reading only 10 rows for each step while backing up the database. This is too little, since it will cause so many little steps until your server blocks the connection. Please get inside the Profile Configuration page, Database settings and change the amount of rows to 100.
Then try again, that should fix your issue

that's great to hear!
The wizard tries its best to get correct configuration values: in 95% of cases it works fine, but from time to time you have to manually override them, this is why those settings are editable and not fixed/hidden
