You have tables from several sites in the same database. One of these tables, bizzd_finder_links_terms, is enormous. This is why it's taking forever to back anything up.
The backup is not stuck, it just goes very slowly because of the huge tables. The percentage doesn't increase because that requires finishing backing up a table, which has not yet happened. You stopped the backup as it was still going.
That said, I am 99.9% sure you do NOT want to back up random sites' tables, especially their Smart Search link terms tables which needn't be backed up anyway (they can be regenerated). I believe you only wanted to back up the tables your site currently is using.
As per the documentation, go to Akeeba Backup, select your backup profile, and click on RegEx Database Tables Exclusion. Create a new entry using the expression !/^#__/
Remember to save (click the disk icon) to apply the changes you have made.
Your backup will now only include the database tables which use the current site's prefix.
