Hello,

I have to upgrade this website in Joomla 4 then 5.

I upgraded the Akeeba Backup component but Joomla the Pre-Upgrade Check is showing like the akeeba.jpg picture attached.

I just requested access to your file. Anyway, I just wanted to inform you that there was a bug in Joomla from version 3.10 to 4.3 where it could not recognize software compatibility when it "crossed" several different major versions; you can safely ignore it.

You can follow the instructions in our documentation: update to Joomla 4, install Akeeba Backup 9, do the migration remove Akeeba Backup 8 and then update to Joomla 5
