Hello,

I have a problem with Akeeba Backup. Not all folders of my Joomla 4 version are being backed up. For example, in the template folder, only the Cassiopeia and system folders are backed up, but not the active template "tp_bike" from Joomlaplates. According to the log files, "tp_bike" is also being backed up, but it is not present when I open the .jpa file.

Normally, the backup size is around 1.0 GB, but the last backups were only 182 MB. For testing purposes, I tried excluding a folder (e.g., Cassiopeia), but it is still being backed up. Under "Files and Directories Exclusion," it looks like the screenshot. What settings do I need to configure to ensure all folders are backed up?

Thank you in advance!

Best regards,
Manfred Schwienbacher

Hello,

what's the output directory? The default one? Are you using the website root as output directory for your backup archive?

Hello,

Thank you for your response. The issue has been resolved in the meantime. I opened the .jpa file with the 7-Zip File Manager software. Apparently, this program does not show me all the files. The backup file was extracted on another domain using kickstart.php, and the restoration of the website worked without any problems.

Best regards,
