I was making updates for a while with no issue, but over the last update it seems there is an error when on this string: plugins/system/nrframework/NRFramework/Conditions/Conditions/Component is in view.

Here is the error:

<strong>AJAX Loading Error</strong><br/>HTTP Status: 500 ()<br/>Internal status: error<br/>XHR ReadyState: 4<br/>Raw server response:<br/>###{"HasRun":0,"Domain":"Packing","Step":"\/home\/purrfect\/oak.purrfectcompanions.org\/images\/2023\/10\/28\/_spmedia_thumbs","Substep":"","Error":"","Warnings":[],"ErrorException":null,"Archive":"site-oak.purrfectcompanions.org-20240521-215633utc-sfkAp5tTfpppJy-y.jpa","tag":"backend","Progress":74,"backupid":"id-20240521-215633-130109","sleepTime":0,"stepNumber":9,"stepState":"running"}###

I just saw one other issue on your support page. I have no idea where or why this has happened. I was using the free version and upgraded to PRO. Still happening. Log is in attachement.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

looking at the log file, it seems that the backup successfully completed. When do you get the above error?

The backup began erroring back at least 4 weeks or so ago. It happens during the backup process on this string: plugins/system/nrframework/NRFramework/Conditions/Conditions/Component I guess I forgot to mention the backup directory seems to be incorrect event though it is the standard folder: [ROOTPARENT]/[HOST]/administrator/components/com_akeebabackup/backup is saying it needs to be changed.

Can you please attach the log of the failed backup? This would tell me what's going on before the error happened and I can give you some solutions.

Sorry about that

I'm sorry but even this backup log seems to be successful.

Do you have any backup marked as failed in the Manage Backups page?

Nothing seems to fail, but just the 203- Default output directory folder warning is all I see. Should I create a new folder for the admin Akkeeba backups, like "backupnew" and move backups to this folder?

I do not want to send this .jpa to put on a live site. Should I try and reload Backup PRO again?

The warning about the default folder is just a warning, it won't interfere with the backup process. If you want to get rid of it, simply change the output folder.
