That's really weird, because we got an email 2 days ago from Google claiming the app has been re-verified. Click on Advanced and click on "Go to Akeeba Backup and Akeeba Solo (unsafe)" until we figure out what exactly Google messed up this time.

The really funny thing is that Google's Cloud Console claims the same as Google's email, i.e. the app is verified:

What really irks me is that we've been working long hours the past three weeks to avoid exactly this scenario. The original permissions in the app were too broad to allow for shared drives. This was causing problems with the validation. We did several 12 and 14 hour days to address that, and Google approved. We were happy that our application wouldn't appear as unverified, and they confirmed as much... only for our application to appear as unverified anyway, despite Google both showing us in the cloud control panel and telling us by email that it's verified. You can't make that crap up!!! Google must be the single most incompetent service provider I've ever had the misfortune of using -- and I'm talking across over a hundred different SaaS / PaaS services I've used for payment integration, login integration, and data storage services integration. Not once have we had a positive experience with them. Sigh.
