The last backup we did was under 900MB. The one we just did was over 4GB. I don't know what caused it to get so large. We have excluded the backup file from the backups. Here are links to the 2 logs files. Can you determine what has caused the huge increase?

I found the issue. There was a large file that got backed up. I deleted it.
Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
