The error message you received from Microsoft (OneDrive)'s side means that you have reached your storage quota. In other words, you've run out of storage space.
Please bear in mind that there are situations where your personal drive has plenty of storage, but you are still receiving this error message. For example, if you are trying to write into a shared folder or team drive it may mean that the owner of the folder / drive you are trying to write into has ran out of storage space, or they have applied a quota (maximum number of data you can write) which you are exceeding by uploading this backup archive.
In any case, this error message DOES NOT come from Akeeba Backup itself. It comes from the remote storage provider, OneDrive. Akeeba Backup simply conveys the error message it received from OneDrive. You will need to rectify the problem on OneDrive's side before trying to upload more backup archives with Akeeba Backup.
A simple way to resolve it is to delete older backup archives you no longer need. This will make enough room for you to upload more backup archives.
If you are not sure why you are receiving this message ostensibly having a lot of free space on your personal drive please contact the person managing your Microsoft on-line accounts in your organisation, or the person managing the family / business account of the shared folder / drive you are trying to write into, or if you are absolutely certain beyond any doubt that you are trying to write into your personal OneDrive storage space Microsoft itself. Kindly note that since this problem comes from a third party service we have no access to there is nothing more we can reasonably do to help you.
