This is just after I'd installed Akeeba Backup on the site and was going to take a backup to put on localhost with Xaamp to try and upgrade the site to Joomla 5 to see if worked okay or not. So didn't even get to create a backup for some reason. I think there are a few problems with the site as some of the articles are available when you check them in the editor using the Accessibility Checker there, so that may be something to do with why it couldn't complete the first backup.
