We just made backup for 2 different websites.
In both we got error below.


 

Link /var/www/vhosts/23285557341.thesite.link/autoverhuur-kreta.com/.cagefs/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432 is inaccessible. Check the open_basedir restrictions in your server's PHP configuration

Hello,

the .cagefs folder contains system files, so it's normal that your user account can not touch it. You should exclude that folder from the backup, since it's inaccessible to you.
