EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 10MiB, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Test FTP connection is OK (Connection to remote FTP server was established successfully!)

One click backup works as expected.

I use WebCron with following Cronjob:

https://arretsurimage-talmont.fr/index.php?option=com_akeebabackup&view=Backup&key=CDcjBKCa2hiFTZaDU1Foj8KyR2M6pBFD&profile=2

Always failes with error code: 928

Tried with Timeout 180, 600, 1800 s . Same result error code 928

Hello,

this means that the backup is taking more than 3 minutes to complete, so you get a timeout error from WebCron. You can try to exclude some non essential data from your backup, or you'll have to use a different system.

Thank you for answer.

I will try and exclude some non essential data (mostly images as it is a site for photographers)

Any suggestions for a differrent system that might work for this particular site.

Thank you in advance for advice.

In your case you should use the CLI interface to trigger CLI backups (if they're available from your host) or use a third party service that will complete the backup regardless of the time. As a last resort, you can use a computer to trigger the backups using WGET or cURL, even a small raspberry pi would do the trick.
