I had problems with Akeeba Backup. The attempt to restore failed. However, this was not due to Akeeba, but to my technical inability. Weeks of work on my new website seemed to have been in vain. Fortunately, I was able to get immediate and uncomplicated help by sending a support request to Akeeba. The head of Akeeba managed to completely restore my website within a few minutes. He seems to be an exceptionally nice professional who doesn't say much about his great work. Many thanks again,
