No. There is no public API for ProtonDrive we can use. It only exists for Android, and iOS. We cannot work with that since it's end-to-end encrypted, i.e. data would have to be encrypted before it's sent to the drive and decrypted when downloaded from it, something which is not possible with PHP at the moment.
