ERROR |20230623 15:12:55|Akeeba\Engine\Archiver\Base:: Installer package <root>administrator/components/com_akeebabackup/installers/angie.jpa does not exist!

This means that your Akeeba Backup installation is missing necessary files, therefore it is broken.

Download and install the Akeeba Backup Professional package twice in a row without uninstalling it before or in between.
