Please go to Akeeba Backup and download the backup log file for the failed backup attempt. This is a .txt file. Place it into a ZIP file. If the ZIP file is under 9MiB attach it to your next ticket. If it's larger than that, please upload it to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive or something similar and paste us a link to the file download.

Without the log file we cannot know what is going on.

The error message reads:

ERROR |20230614 11:24:45|Couldn\'t write to the archive file; check the output directory permissions and make sure you have enough disk space available. [len=8192 / 1048576]

You ran out of disk space.

Remember, this message comes from PHP itself. It's not something we determine in our code. We ask PHP to write to a file and PHP says “Sorry, I cannot do that. You asked me to write 1048576 but I could only write 8192. After that, the Operating System on the server told me I am not allowed to write to the backup archive file anymore.”

As to why you're hitting a disk space limit, I can tell you what I see in the log file. The backup fails while adding the file administrator/logserror_log into the backup archive. This is a log file which is over 7 GIGABYTES big. You should probably delete this, or at least exclude it from the backup.
