I have asked before, how do I now disable WAF so that I can remove IPs from auto block list?

The link didn't work and I used to have to disable main.php which was no longer present. provider.php is the file I need to rename provider.php.bak.

Sorry, I am under a lot of strain lately and if thing don't work as I remember them working I get frustrated too quickly these days.

Thank you for your kind response. I will put my Akeeba emails in their own folder for quick reference.

I also need to renew my account, I will check my bank account at the end of this month and see if I can afford to do that.

Akeeba Admin Tools is a very well developed security suite and all websites the use Joomla or WordPress should have Akeeba Admin Tools installed.

I do appreciate the work that you do, I know how intensely tedious this type of work is.

I just lost the message I was going to send by losing track of what tabs were related to what sites and I hit the back button for this site accidentally instead of the site I intended to hit the back button for.
