Update - I found the ID under Addon-ID's. For users who are not used to your system, it might be helpful if you updated your documentation or if a reference was made to the fact that the ID is no longer to be found on the subscription page.
Hello, I have purchased the pro version of Akeeba backup for Joomla and am supposed to use a download key. Unfortunately, there is no such key on the my subscriptions page as suggested in your documentation, the search function on your site doesn't work and a relevant link in your documentation leads to a page that tells me I should have turned left in Albuquerque.
Please let me know where to find the download ID or give me a refund for my purchase as I cannot use the application with out the ID:
