Hi!

I have the same issue as described here

https://www.akeeba.com/support/akeeba-backup-3x/37996-migration.html

on a test environment when trying to import settings from 8.2.2 Pro to 9.4.3 Pro.

I also get the message

Migration requirements are not met

We have not detected a compatible version of Akeeba Backup. If you try to run the migration now you may experience errors and / or data loss. Do not proceed unless you have been explicitly instructed to do so by our developers. Ignore this stern warning at your own risk and peril!

I am going to release a new version (9.4.4) today to address this problem. Once it's available, install it, and retry the migration. It will work without problems.
