There is a reason these are two different numbers.
“Database version” refers to the latest revision of the database structure. The last time we made changes to the DB structure was indeed 9.0.10 almost a year ago, when we introduced Frozen Backups.
The “Manifest version” refers to the version of the software currently installed. In your case it is 9.3.3, indeed the latest version.
Most importantly, the green "No problems" badge tells you that there is no problem with that. The database structure is up-to-date.
