Hi, I am trying to install Akeeba Backup Pro on my Joomla website and I am getting the 403 error. However the core plugin installs just fine. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks

can you please provide a screenshot of the error? I'd wish to understand if the problem comes from your Joomla installation or your server configuration.

Support Information
