Uh, we have never release a version 8.15 or 8.19. The current version of Akeeba Backup 8 which was released a few hours ago is 8.1.10. So I literally have no idea where you see 8.15 and 8.19 or where they come from. They are just not version numbers which have anything to do with Akeeba Backup.

Dots matter in version numbers — not just ours but everyone's (Joomla, PHP, Apache, even Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux distributions). Please read https://www.akeeba.com/how-do-version-numbers-work.html
Back to your screenshots. The fact that the update page shows the latest version as 8.1.9 when the last version is 8.1.10 combined with the fact that Joomla still thinks version 8.1.5 is installed means that the extension updates are stuck in Joomla. This is something we have already documented how to fix in Joomla 3: https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-documentation/update.html#update-stuck-showing.
