I installed Akeeba Pro 9.2.7 over Akeeba Core.

However Akeeba Pro 9.2.7 did not install akeeba-backup.php (and other Akeeba php scripts) in httpdocs/cli.

I have two times reinstalled Akeeba Backup 9.2.7 but without success.

Please your help.

This is exactly what it is supposed to happen. Akeeba Backup 9 is made for Joomla 4 only (it does not support earlier versions) and uses the Joomla CLI Application (cli/joomla.php) which was introduced in Joomla 4. This is noted in the Automate Your Backups page in the component, the documentation page of the native CRON script and the migration instructions in the documentation. Please refer to the latter link for the instructions on changing your CLI CRON jobs.
