Hi. I have two copies of the site on two domains. The sites are 99% the same and differ only in language. Virtuemart is on them. I can't find the reason why one site has a backup of 1.8 Giga and the other more than 6 Giga.
Can you think of a reason?

Hello,
do you have multiple backup profiles? Did you check that every profile is excluding the output directory of the other profiles? Otherwise you'll end up including your backups inside your backups.
Finally, the best way to understand it is to take both backups and then extract them locally (no need to perform a full restoration). Then you can compare the differences using a tool like https://winmerge.org
You should be able to see the differences between both sites.
