Hi
I have tried several settings to remove all failed, obsolete backups without success...? The ideal (if possible) after 7 days?
Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

There is already such an option in the Configuration page of every backup profile under the Quota Management.
Do note that the limits for deleting obsolete records are based on the number of records, not their age.
Moreover, this will NOT delete failed records; you have to delete these manually. This is deliberate. A failed backup indicates a problem you need to resolve. If we were to magically make these records disappear you wouldn't know about failed backups or at the very least you would not have enough information to troubleshoot them. As a result you might end up with no backups when you really need them which is not a great prospect, right? So, after you're done troubleshooting a backup problem just delete the failed record.
