Hello, I'd like to know, where I can put my download ID in Joomla 4, there's no link "Live update".

Akeeba Backup should prompt you a message with a link to the page where you can put the Downlaod ID. You can manually get there from the System tab, Update sites page and search for the Akeeba software.
