pCloud is not compatible with Akeeba Backup. Their OAuth2 integration for third party software has been broken since 2020 and they didn't bother fixing it so we removed support.
Cloudamo, I have never heard of them. I am confused looking at their page. They seem to offer hosting, not storage.
Mega should be compatible with Akeeba Backup since they claim to have an Amazon S3-compatible API. We have not tried it, nor do we have any reports from clients using it. It's also not in Europe, it's in New Zealand. You know the story of Mega and how its owner is a fugitive from Germany, right?
I am really not sure how you ended up with that shortlist which is incompatible with Akeeba Backup, isn't a storage provider or doesn't host in Europe. Whatever was the thought process it seems to have been misguided.
Do note that you can use a plethora of cloud providers who offer storage in Europe. Amazon S3 has several EU regions (Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris). Backblaze B2 has an EU region, located in Amsterdam. Microsoft Azure, the same. Generally speaking, all enterprise-grade storage providers have EU-only regions and better pricing than consumer-grade file hosting. You have only been looking at the consumer-grade options which are... not great for backups.
