Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

OneDrive for Business uploads fail with the following error:

Upload of your archive failed.

Akeeba\Engine\Postproc\Onedrive::multipartUpload - Maximum number of retries exceeded. The upload has failed.

cURL error 92: HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: CANCEL (err 8)

I have attached the logo file.

I can't tell if this is hosting related or not, my server support (private VPS) say nothing is being throttled etc.

Hello,

looking at your log file, you're trying to upload about 2Gb of data in one shot. This means that your connection will time out since it's a very large amount of data.

Please get inside your backup configuration, Archiver Engine settings and set a part size of 500Mb and try again.
If it still fails, please lower it to 250Mb and try again.

That should do the trick

Thanks, I tried that and it still failed at 250MBytes - the error changed to this one though:

Upload of your archive failed.

Akeeba\Engine\Postproc\Onedrive::multipartUpload - Maximum number of retries exceeded. The upload has failed.

cURL error 92: HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: CANCEL (err 8)

Can you please try to lower it again to 50Mb and try again?

If that fails, can I have the log of the failed attempt?

Thanks Davide, that looks to have worked, trying it with a few other client sites to be sure - I'm still convinced my hosting changed something, but they deny it, all was working fine until last week.

Will update to confirm if all sites are working OK now, many are much smaller in backup size but were still failing on OneDrive upload.

That seems to be great now, a few other sites all working again :)

Thank you for the help!
