Your messages comes from FOF 2. We stopped developing and using FOF 2 in our software in March 2015 and we formally discontinued in June 2016.

Your issue DOES NOT come from Akeeba Backup 8 which is using FOF 4, installed in a completely different directory (libraries/fof40, not libraries/f0f).

Your issue comes from a third party extension which is still using FOF 2 despite the fact that it was discontinued 7 years ago.
