Description of my issue:

Hi,

I just installed an upgrade version on a website (Ionos shared server) and the configuration wizard fails : "Configuration Wizard Failure

Akeeba Backup detected that your server requires a maximum execution time that is too low to be practical. You are better off switching hosts or asking your host to increase PHP's maximum execution time and lift any CPU usage limitations from your account."

In the PHP settings tab of the System Information, the value is "50000". (phpinfo() gives the same number)

I had no problem with Joomla! 3. On the same server, another website on PHP 7.4 says "30" instead of "50000"

How to do?

The configuration wizard fails, but the backups succeed!

The Configuration Wizard uses some heuristics to find the effective maximum execution time allowed by your host. This works on most, but not all, servers. In some circumstances the server may consider these heuristics to be an attack and block them. In this case we recommend our users to do exactly what you did: run a real backup and only take configuration action if the backup fails. Since the backup succeeds there's nothing more you need to do.
