Description of my issue:
The message on configuration for akeebackup pro is that no encryption works. But my host (Rochen) says in the ticket I submit that the configuration is correct.

Thank you for reaching out. I can confirm that your account supports the 'openssl' extension for PHP and it is enabled by default.
If you create a temporary phpinfo() page on your site you can confirm the openssl extension is loaded properly. I've done this and confirmed the extension is loaded on alainperron.ca.
