I tested the integration with BackBlaze B2 on two different hosting providers, and got the following behavior:

*Hostgator: Cannot establish a connection with B2 because the Content-Length header is missing.

*Locaweb: Can establish a connection with B2, sends files around 2MB but with 3.7GB file the following error was returned: Script timed out before returning headers.

Note: These are shared hosting.

Do you have any suggestions so I can solve both cases?

Hello,

regarding Hostgator, most likely they are some kind of cache for outgoing requests. You can ask them to disable it, but there are very low chances for it to happen.

Regarding Locaweb, please lower the part size of your archives, set a part size of 100Mb and try again. Most likely you're creating very large archives and the request times out while trying to upload them. Setting a lower size should fix that.
