Hello Igor,
I have not used it myself, but according to Yandex' documentation their storage is S3 compatible. Therefore you should be able to use it with Akeeba Backup.
Select the Upload to Amazon S3 post-processing option.
The Access Key and Secret Key are the ones provided by Yandex.
Set the Signature Method to v2.
Set the custom endpoint to storage.yandexcloud.net
This should be enough to use Yandex storage with Akeeba Backup. Again, I have not used it myself, I am basing these instructions on their documentation. I know that our support for S3-compatible HTTP APIs does work with other S3-compatible storage engines such as Google Storage, Wasabi, OwnCloud, DreamObjects etc so I don't see why Yandex should be any different.
I hope this information helps!

Thank you, Nicholas! It works!
How can I also set the Size quota more than 4390.80 MB? For example, 50000 or 10000? When I put my value, it substitutes with 4390.80
The size quota was designed for local storage (on your server) where extra space comes at a very steep price. Hence the rather low upper limit. You're right in that we haven't revised it in ages. I'll change it to support bigger sizes in a future version.
That said, it doesn't make sense to use size quotas for cloud storage. It's best to use the count or day-based quotas because they represent more accurately how you are really using backups. You don't care if you have 10GB of backups, you care if you have backups which would let you restore your site to how it was a week or a month ago. What I mean is that backups are there to reduce your risk of something going bad and your risk is dependent to time (up to how many days ago you want to be able to restore your site) not the space your backups take.
