Hi Akeeba team,

Description of my issue:

WHen I log on Joomla Backend, I go to Akeeba Backup and edit a Profil

The configuration Window is opening, but I only get the "Profile Description" window, no others parameters as I usually get on my others websites.

I think I can notify you that at the same time, on Akeeba Admintools, the "Blocked Requests Graph" does not work and when I enable "Long Configure WAF page" on "NO" I can't get anything but the first tab. Others are like "Muted"...

Any advice ?

Hello,

this seems a Javascript issues. First of all, please try clear your browser cache or (even better) use your browser in incognito mode. Do you still have the issue? If not, it was just a caching issue of javascript files, you should be good to go.

If you still have the problem, maybe you have a partial installation. Please install Akeeba Backup and Admin Tools twice in a row, without uninstalling it, that should fix any missing file.

Hi David,

OK I went to the Backend today, clean all cache, include website cache, Browser cache and server cache on my Siteground Host.

The issue was not solved with this.

I re-instal Akeeba Backup AND Admintools -> Issue solved...

FYI, that happened after installation of a backup from my local server to the production host.
