Description of my issue:

Hi there

I would like to store the Backup File to my OneDrive-Account.

1. Step Authentification i got allways the message

"...View not found [name, type, prefix]: article, shtml, contentView..:"

But Akeeba is registered already in OneDrive and i got the Message from OneDrive even too.
No possibility to get a Token

Any Idea to solve this Problem ?

I just ran a couple of tests and everything seems to be working as expected. Can you please provide a screenshot of the issue?

Hi Davide

See attached ScreenShots.

I click on "Authentification - Step 1", a separate window opens "Try to connect..." and a few seconds later the message "404 - View not found..." appears.

I'm not asked for any account Name or password.

The access to OneDrive with Account and password is working as you can see in "2-OneDrive.png", the content of my OneDrive-Account is shown correctly and I'm able to open the Folders and files.

The PostProcess with DropBox instead of OneDrive is working without any problem,... but there is not enough space :-)

Can you please double check if you put the correct Download ID in your Akeeba Backup configuration?

Copied the Download-ID from the Akeeba Site at Configuration-Page into "Download-ID" at Live-Update-Page

Tried again to authentificate, was asked for username,  was asked for password,... and then again page "404 - View not found [name, type, prefix]: article, shtml, contentView"

Again, if i configure Akeeba for Dropbox, everything works, therefore i don't think the Download-ID is wrong.

Any other idea ?

two additional Screenshots from OneDrive.

First I deleted Akeeba as App in OneDrive, then i started the authentification again.

Asked for Username, asked for Password, then again the Error-Page 404.

After this trial i got the information from Microsoft a new App is registered and Akeeba is listed in OneDrive too.

See attached Screenshots. Sorry, but everything is in german language

I double checked the code and the Download ID is not related to the issue, can you please try to use a different browser? I suspect somehow a security exception is raised

Hi Davide

Hit the issue.

I tried the configuration and authentification with Firefox Version 87, everything works well and i get Access- and Refresh-Tokens. The Backup runs correct, even the upload to OneDrive.

The former configuration with Microsoft Edge Version 89.0.774.77 wasn't successfull and the Error-Page appeared. It seems, MS Edge with Version 87 having Problems.

After entering the Access- and Refresh-Tokens in Firefox, the Backup and Upload to Onedrive works without any Problems in Microsoft Edge too.
