Description of my issue:

Warning

Joomla\Filesystem\File::delete: Failed deleting inaccessible file .htaccess

I can currently not access Akeeba anymore, since Akeeba gives a blanc screen only after trying to open it.

Is there another way to find a log on the server?

Hello,

I suspect there's a permission issue on one of the files inside Akeeba Backup component. We use several .htaccess files to avoid external access to any "internal" folder.

Before going into too many details, uninstalling Akeeba Backup is an option? Please remember that you'll have to download the backup you took and export your profile configuration, you're going to import them again later.

Thanks for your response. Backup was made before update. Also uninstalling is not permitted?!

You will have to manually rename the administrator/components/com_akeeba folder, then install it again.

However, doing so will remove all your backups and backup profiles, please triple check you have downloaded and exported them.
