Dear Akeeba Team
I have a recurring issue with Akeeba Backup Pro. I have installed the Pro version after purchasing it some time ago over an existing not pro installation. I have also followed the instruction to the pro version twice in a row. However, from time to time the installation of the pro version is gone and replaced by the normal version. This probably happens during updates, but I am not sure.
When I then reinstall the pro-version (twice) everything works again fine...
Any idea what I could do to avoid the downgrading that happens from time to time or any idea what I am doing wrong to provoke it?
