Where can find in the loose language file (EN/GB) of Akeeba Back Up for Joomla.

The English language files are included with the component. Download and extract the ZIP file. It will come up with the ZIP files of individual extensions (component, plugins, ...). Each of them has a language folder which contains the language files.
