Backup 7.5.0.1 Console Plugin Error 500 after update from v7.4.0.1

I have performed the update several times today and experienced the following each time:

When I check Extensions > Discover after update I see a plugin called CONSOLE listed.

See image 1

I am able to install the plugin.

After doing so when I check the Extensions > Manage screen I see two CONSOLE plugins listed.

See image 2

When I activate the UNPUBLISHED plugin (not the one marked X) and then try to open the plugin in the Plugins screen I see Error 500.

See image 3

Can you please advise:

1) Can the Console Plugin (identified by X be uninstalled)

2) Should I be able to open the PUBLISHED Console plugin screen to read what it does?

If this issue will be resolved by the next release, what should we do in the meantime:

a) Uninstall the Console plugin,

b) Unpublish the Console plugin

c) Publish the Console plugin

Will Akeeba Backup work whichever of the above options is followed?

Thank you for your support.

Ken :)

Hello,

such plugin is only for Joomla 4, you can safely ignore it and leave it unpublished.

Sadly there's no way to tell Joomla to install a specific plugin in Joomla 4 only.
