Hello, just an unusual issue, but for a while now I've been seeing the update option for Akeeba Backup for Joomla - even though I have the same version as the version it says it'll update too. It also shows the package 3 times along with the core.

I felt like this was a glitch so I tried installing Akeeba again after downloading the Pro version from this website, but it continued with the same thing.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Hello,

updates are handled by Joomla itself, our code doesn't have a chance to run.
Regarding the 3 update sites, I suspect Joomla messed up and added the same records 3 times; regarding the warning message even if you're up to date, that's a known bug of Joomla. There is a very complicated logic around updates, with multiple cache layers that aren't very intuitive. My suggestion is to simply ignore them until the cache expires (usually after 24 hours), then the problem will solve by itself.
