Last year I created a site which is now managed by owner himself. I am still active a superadmin.

I still receive update mails for akeeba backup and I do not find where it comes from. System mails is deactivated, in akeeba the mail is changed to owner.

Where can I proof additionally?

Sincerely

Peter

I am still active a superadmin.

This is why you are receiving the emails from the update notification plugin.

This plugin, however, has been removed as of Akeeba Backup 7.3.2. Therefore once you are updated to 7.3.2 or later you will stop receiving emails about updates.
