EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

 

after the 7.3.0 backup update I can no longer make changes to the backup profile configuration. The only thing available is the Profile Description and One-click backup icon. everything else is gone.

You have old JavaScript code stuck in your browser cache and it won't work with the new update.

Please log out of your site and clear the cache in your browser.  That should fix the problem.

Thank you. I had this in Firefox and Chrome at the same time. Two sites--both with cache disabled, but the browser still kept this in somewhere? Wow...thank you sooo much...can't tell you how many times I uninstalled/reinstalled. I did finally see a javascript error on the console and then your reply came in before I could search for it.
