I suspect there's something wrong in the configuration of your profile.
Can you please double check that the settings of the Database engine are as the ones attached?

"pretty much" is not "the same" :)
The problem is caused by the number of queries for each batch. Please increase it to 1000 and try again, that will speed up your backup process.

updated to 1000 and got blocked on the hosting with message

1226:User 'user' has exceeded the 'max_connections_per_hour' resource (current value: 1)


yeah, i'm in a progress of changing hosting, this one creates more issues than it solves. I'm still amazed they have php 5.4 default and you can only set 7.1 as 'newest' in their opinion

Oh boy!
Well, you will have to slow down your backup process...
Please use the following timing settings:

Minimum execution time: 5 seconds
Maximum execution time: 3 seconds

Yes, minimum is greater than maximum, that's not a typo. In this way the backup will go slower and you should work around your host limits.
