Akeeba Backup for Joomla!

I have updated from 7.1.1 to 7.1.2 But with the backup this error occurs.
"Akeeba Engine detected a problem while saving temporary data. Please restart your backup."

After the backup is finished, 7 files are displayed with "27 b" and 1 file with the backup. (see pictures)
Can I trust this last backup?

Even a new installation of Akeeba does not solve the problem.
What can I do?

Another update to 7.1.2 on another website brought the same errors.

On both websites 7.1.1 ran without errors.
I have reinstalled 7.1.1 and am waiting for a corrected update.

Please go to Akeeba Backup. Click on Options. Click on Backend. Set Optimize JavaScript to No. Retry your backup.

Akeeba now works perfectly!
