Description of my issue:
I have tried manually adding the tokens and I still get Access Forbidden. I am using Siteground for hosting.

I am not entirely sure where "Access Forbidden" is displayed or under what circumstances. On a live site with Joomla 3.9.16 and Akeeba Backup Professional 7.1.0 I can connect just fine to my personal Google Drive account and have the backups automatically transferred to it. You need to elaborate. What were you doing when you got that error? What does that page look like (screenshot, please)?

I tried it at least four times before logging this ticket - both automatically and manually by adding the tokens. I cam to make a screen recording of the issue and low and behold it saved the configuration to Google drive without an issue ! Must have been an issue with siteground !
