Description of my issue: Hello. On the screenshot attached the Prefix is viscao_ but on Akeeba Database Tables Exclusion panel, the prefix is missing. Why this difference and would it create trouble during restore?

Your question is readily addressed in the documentation. As you can read there it's not a problem, it means that Akeeba Backup is correctly recognizing your site's table name prefix.
