Having an issue with a remote db backup to DropBox. It's only happened since the extension was updated from 6.6.1 => 7.0.0. Previous db only remote backups have worked fine for years.

It returns the following message for both local and remote backups:

Could not open archive file '' for append!

I've tried the following to no avail:
Minimum execution time: 5 seconds
Maximum execution time: 3 seconds
Runtime bias: 50%

It can't be out of space as there's 41gb free on the server and the whole remote site backup of 6.79gb works fine.

Any suggestions?

This is already fixed in version 7.0.1 released just over 24 hours ago. Please update.

Thanks. The update seems to have fixed it. I didn't see it as it's not listed as available on either the website backend or Watchful

Joomla controls the updates but there is an update cache. It may take as little as 1 minute and as long as 48 hours from the time we release a new version until your site sees it. We are square in the middle of that time period so I'd say it is reasonable your site didn't see it yet.
