EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:


Dear Akeeba-Team I attached a Zip mit my logfile. I tried to create an automatic backup process on an external server.

Please go to Components, Akeeba Backup and click the Configuration button. Scroll all the way to the end. Set the following:

Minimum execution time: 2 seconds
Maximum execution time: 8 seconds

Click on Save & Close and take a new backup.

If that doesn't work please try:

Minimum execution time: 5 seconds
Maximum execution time: 8 seconds

If it still fails please ZIP and attach the new log file. Thank you!
