The log analyzer has detected one or more backup issues. If following this log analyzer's suggestions and our troubleshooting documentation's instructions doesn't work and you have an active subscription on our site please file a new ticket pasting the following log analysis text output to help us provide you with faster support.

The integrity check of the backup archive failed. The archive is corrupt. Message received from the extraction engine: The archive file is corrupt, truncated or archive parts are missing

If you do not understand what this means and you have an active subscription to our site, please file a new support ticket making sure that 1. you have ZIPped and attached the backup log file and 2. you have pasted the text output visible at the top of this page.

To download the backup log, get inside the Manage Backups page and for the record you're interested into you can click the View log button and then download it.
Please note that you should ZIP the backup log before attaching it here.

Nope, it wasn't attached. Most likely is too large. Can you please upload it somewhere (like Dropbox, Google Drive etc etc) and post here the link?

There are several things that are off.
First of all, your backup size almost 600Mb and you're uploading it in one shot to DropBox. That will likely fail, please set a part size of 100Mb and try again. You can find such option inside the Configuration page, in the Archiver Engine settings.

Then I can see the integrity check is failing. Please double check that you are not including any log file, like the PHP error file.
Please start a new backup and try again.

Solved ! I check my website folders and I reduze it from 600 Mb to 100 Mb and it's good !
