My website https://www.homebuyerconveyancing.com has a backup marked obsolete which is id26.
I am told by cloudaccess.net that this sill exists on the server and that you can give me access.
Can you do that for me please.

It would be appreciated. I didn't relaise but under the configuration it was set at just 3 backups. This when I did a recent one it made id26 obsolete

Akeeba Staff
Hello,

CloudAccess gave you completely wrong information.
Backups are (and always will be) in your possess. Akeeba Ltd will never ever handle, see, touch or interact with them.
You decided what to do with your backups: you can leave it on the server, uploaded to a cloud storage service or to your own server.

A backup is marked obsolete when we have its metadata information (when it was taken, size, duration etc etc), but the actual backup file is no longer there. This usually happens because quota rules were applied.
This means that no one can recover that backup, since it has been completely deleted.
