Description of my issue:

I am trying to transfer a website from localhost to a testing server (as I have done many times before). When I get to restoring the database I get the following error (see attached screenshot as too much to paste).

I have tried numerous backups and also tried uninstalling and re-instaliing Akeeba but with no success. Any suggestions?

Can you please try the attachment again, it didn't come through. If you continue to have trouble with it, just throw it on a file service, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. and give me the link. I'll go get it.
